The Fayetteville office was opened in 2001, serving the Fayetteville-Rogers-Springdale MSA.  The primary focus is on Washington and Benton Counties, providing both commercial and residential real estate appraisals and consulting.  Our commercial coverage area also extends to Carroll, Sebastian and Crawford counties.  We are FHA approved and have experience in both relocation and review appraisals.

Our investment in training and technology has helped us stay up-to-date with the new technologies and trends throughout the Northwest Arkansas marketplace. This has enabled us to provide more accurate and thorough reports to our customers. By offering online appraisal ordering, automatic report status updates, electronic delivery of the final product, and the ability to pay for the appraisal with a credit card, we are able to eliminate some of the run around and phone tag hassles associated with this process.
