Welcome to Avaluations home page. We are a full service appraisal company that specializes in both commercial and residential real estate appraisals. Our goal is to provide our clients with the highest level of service and the best quality product in the market. With many years of experience in the business, we have a proven track record of reducing time, efforts and costs in managing the appraisal process.
 We have two branches to serve both Northwest and Central Arkansas. The Fayetteville branch was opened in 2001 and serves both Washington and Benton Counties.
The Little Rock branch was recently opened in 2007. This branch covers the Pulaski and Saline County areas.
Our investment in training and technology has helped us stay up-to-date with the new technologies and trends throughout the marketplace. This has enabled us to provide more accurate and thorough reports to our customers. By offering online appraisal ordering, automatic report status updates, electronic delivery of the final product, and the ability to pay for the appraisal with a credit card, we are able to eliminate some of the run around and phone tag hassles associated with this process.
